Life Cycle Costing
LH&E provide life cycle costing services. We work with a large number of public sector clients and note this as a general requirement on some of the larger schemes, especially in relation to achieving BREEAM points.
LH&E have provided detailed life cycle costing analysis’ in order to achieve BREEAM Man02, identifying the top 10 ‘major replacement’ and ‘redecoration’ life cycle items over a 25 and 60 year period.
