Tendering, Procurement & Contract
We take pride in our collaborative approach to tendering and procurement, as we work closely with clients to understand their requirements. We have experience in public sector procurement, tendering and contract selection and have carried out several client presentations on the matter.
On many projects, clients request we carry out both the Quantity Surveying and Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent role. With our in-depth understanding and experience administering JCT and NEC forms of contract, it is often beneficial to provide a combined service to keep abreast of financial and commercial matters and their relative impact to the project.
During the tender period, we review design documents to ensure that there are no inconsistencies or ambiguities, putting ourselves in the shoes of the contractors pricing the works. We are able to propose reliable contractors to tender for projects with relevant sector experience and capabilities of delivering projects of project specific values.
