This project consisted of the refurbishment of an old corn merchant’s premises to provide office space, Hand therapy and treatment rooms.
To maintain the historic nature of the building, the exposed brick was treated and sandblasted to create office spaces. A new mezzanine floor was constructed, with additional glazed walls to maximise the space. Treatment rooms were finished with coloured Whiterock, new flooring and ceilings.
