The works at Two Bridges Building in Chertsey included the refurbishment of an office building to create a clinical hub and office space over 3 floors.
The condition of the existing building required upgrades, such as thermal insulation of the roof and providing acoustic padding for the new office space.
It was vital that this project be completed before the end of the financial year, so the team at LH&E worked together with everyone else involved to work efficiently–effectively meeting the deadline.
